Thundermark is looking for an IT Recruiter to help our team grow and develop.
We have great plans for years ahead and we need a professional to achieve the business goals.


  • Identify and engage with the best engineering talent on the market, both locally and internationally;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions;
  • Develop Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants;
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving candidate experience, engaging velocity, and overall process boost;
  • Create a wide Talent pool and updating CV search database;
  • Arrange and conduct job interviews;
  • Provide candidate feedback;
  • Participate in HR department activities.



  • 2+ years of recruiting experience;
  • English: upper-intermediate;
  • Good communication skills (active listening, negotiation, etc.);
  • Effective time-management, ability to handle 3+ open positions simultaneously;
  • Problem-solving skills, creative thinking to attract talents;
  • Experience in game dev would be a plus;
  • Positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
